This is the last post in the series which has largely been about the events during the last year and not an exhaustive treatment of the topic. I want to conclude with two posts:
The
first one is about the odd invisibility of women as voters and as activists in the US political media. The
second one is one example of the way in which female politicians are not invisible: Not as individuals, but as representatives of their sex and age.*
